Adjusting the working depth of the leaf-spring guided wheel mark eradicators

  1. Lift the machine
  2. Remove the linch pins 1.
  3. Hold the wheel mark eradicator 3.
  4. Remove the locking pins 2.

The maximum working depth is 5,91 in (150mm).

  1. Hook the wheel mark eradicator into the desired position in the grid 4.
  2. Pivot the wheel mark eradicator into the holder. Peg in place with the locking pin.
  3. Secure the locking pin with the linch pin.

  4. Use the same setting for all wheel mark eradicators.

  5. To check the adjustment:

    Drive 98,43 ft (30m) at working speed. Check the work pattern.
