Emptying the metering unit and hopper of the micropellet spreader

  1. To open the calibration flap 2:

    Open the quick-release fastener 1.

  1. To take the deflector plate 1 out of the holder:

    Turn the deflector plate up until it can be guided through the slot 2.

  1. To take the calibration flap 2 out of the holder:

    Turn the calibration flap up until it can be guided through the slot 1.
  1. Attach the deflector plate 2 on the opening 1 of the tube.

The deflector plate 1 is in the calibration position.

If you only want to emtpy the metering unit, the sliding shutter must be inserted in the metering unit housing.

  1. Loosen the nuts 2 with the socket wrench 1.
  2. Swivel the bolts to the side.
  3. Take the sliding shutter 3 from its parking position.
  1. Push the sliding shutter 2 into the metering unit housing.
  2. Park the socket wrench in the holder 1.

The design of the calibration bucket can vary depending on the implement equipment.

  1. Take the calibration bucket 1 from the mount on the implement.
  2. Place the calibration bucket under the deflector plate.

  3. To start the metering unit:

    Press the calibration button

or

Start the metering unit using the ISOBUS software.

  1. Empty the calibration bucket.
  2. repeat the procedure.
