Checking and replacing the corrugated discs on the tractor wheel mark eradicator

  • Drain 100 operating hours

    or

    Every 3 months

  1. Determine the diameter of the corrugated disc.

  2. If the corrugated disc is smaller than 15,75 in (400mm):

    Replace the cutting disk as described below.
  3. Remove nuts 1.
  4. Dismount the bolts and discs 3.
  5. Replace worn corrugated discs 2.
  6. Mount bolts and washers.
  7. Mount the nuts.
