Coupling the drawbar load increase

PREREQUISITES

  • Hydraulic hose couplings are coupled

WARNING
Risk of injury due to lift off of the drawbar

Stay away from the tensioned drawbar load increase.
Precisely follow the steps below.
  1. Position the carriage 1 as low as possible in the bearing block with the pin 3.
  2. Mount the spring cotter pin 2.
  1. If the carriage 1 cannot be mounted in the bearing block:

Peg the coupling 3 mounted on the tractor side as low as possible in the bearing block.
  2. Mount the shackles 2 in the lowest position in the carriage.
  1. Park the tractor with the trailed machine on level ground. Align the tractor straight ahead.
