Combining fertilizer hoppers

  1. In the menu Settings > Machine, select > Hopper selection.
  2. Activate the desired hopper.

Depending on the machine equipment, 2 different fertilizer types can be spread.

  1. To spread different types of fertilizer:

    Remove the checkmark under Combine fertilizer hoppers.
NOTE
If the machine with a two-chamber hopper should only apply one fertilizer type, combine the fertilizer hoppers.
  1. Set the checkmark under Combine fertilizer hoppers.
NOTE
For Precea 9000-TCC or 12000-TCC, if the fertilizer hoppers are combined, both metering units supply the entire working width.
The part-width section control of the segment distributor heads is without function.

  1. To supply the entire working width:

    Set the lever 1 in the middle on both metering units.
NOTE
For Precea 9000-TCC or 12000-TCC, if the fertilizer hoppers are combined, the first metering unit supplies the left half-side and the second metering unit supplies the right half-side.

  1. To activate the left conveyor section:

    Swing the lever 1 of the first metering unit to the right side.

  2. To activate the right conveyor section:

    Swing the lever 2 for the second metering unit to the left side.
