Environmental damage due to overdosing of spray liquid

To avoid overdosing due to undiluted residues:

Spray out the undiluted residue on an untreated area.

A portion of the spray liquid remaining in the machine cannot be diluted for technical reasons. The residual quantity that is not dilutable must be sprayed out on an untreated area. The residual quantity that is dilutable may be sprayed out on a treated area after dilution.

Use the formula below to calculate the driven distance required for the residual quantity that is not dilutable:

  1. On the control terminal, switch off the spraying procedure.
  2. The technical residue in the spray line is specified in the technical data.
  1. Calculate the distance traveled.
  2. Switch off the agitator.
  3. On the control terminal, switch on the spraying procedure.
  4. Spray out undiluted spray liquid of the spray line on an untreated remaining area.
  5. Spray out diluted spray liquid onto the treated area.
  6. On the control terminal, switch off the spraying procedure.
  7. Clean the machine.
