Aligning the implement with hydraulic drawbar at transport height

The graphic shows the implement in a horizontal position and with the correctly set transport height. The correct transport height is reached at the specified height of the drawbar pivot point.

A spirit level is attached to the implement frame. The spirit level shows the alignment of the implement in the direction of travel.

Maximum transport height < 4m

Height of the drawbar pivot point: Catros = 1,15cm and Catros XL = 1,05cm

Height of the inner side plates of the sections Catros = 42cm and Catros XL = 29cm

  1. Drive the tractor and implement onto a level surface.
  2. Lift the drawbar using the yellow tractor control unit.

The horizontal alignment of the hydraulic drawbar is secured with spacer elements.

  1. Remove the linch pin 1.
  2. Pull out the pin 2.
  3. Swivel down all of the spacer elements 3.
  4. Lower the drawbar using the yellow tractor control unit.
  5. Insert the pin.
  6. Secure the pin with the linch pin.

  7. To align the implement horizontally at the transport height on the running gear,

    actuate the yellow tractor control unit.
