Briefly interrupting operation
Before every work interruption, the boom and the nozzles must be flushed. The suction filter and pressure filter must be cleaned.
If the machine is equipped with HighFlow+: The separate HighFlow+ pressure filter cannot be removed and cleaned when the spray liquid tank is full.
- Select Field menu > Cleaning > Boom flushing on the ISOBUS control terminal.
- Select Spray out flushing liquid 1.
- Start the flushing procedure.
- Apply the flushing water on an untreated area.
- End the flushing procedure.

If the machine is equipped with single nozzle control:
Close stop tap for the return flow on the boom.
Immediately after flushing the boom, the liquid circuit must be shut off to prevent the boom from becoming contaminated with spray liquid again.
- Pull the lever for pressure valve chest DA forward.
The liquid circuit is blocked.
- Place a collection bucket under the emptying connection.
- Select the function on the TwinTerminal.
- Activate the vent valve of the suction filter 1 for 20 seconds.
The suction filter will be suctioned empty.
- Take out the suction filter.
- Clean the suction filter with water.
- Re-insert the suction filter.
- Set stop tap DE to the position.
The pressure filter will be drained.
When spray liquid no longer flows out:
Close stop tap DE.
- Select the function on the TwinTerminal.
- Remove the pressure filter and confirm.
- Clean the pressure filter with water.
- Re-insert the pressure filter and confirm.
- Push the lever for the pressure valve chest DA into its initial position.
The liquid circuit is released.

If the machine is equipped with single nozzle control:
Open the stop tap for the return flow on the boom.
To resume working:
Run the spray liquid pump.- Select Field menu > Agitation > Agitate spray liquid on the ISOBUS control terminal.
- Agitate the spray liquid with maximum agitator capacity for 5 minutes.
After the spray liquid has been agitated, the machine is ready for operation.
