Using the slope compensation

When the slope compensation is activated, the machine is automatically aligned horizontally when driving across slopes.

  1. Activate Level 1 on the AmaPilot+.
  2. Switch on the slope compensation with the button 1.

On the AmaDrive vehicle terminal, the Slope compensation symbol 3 is shown in orange.

  1. Drive across the slope.

After starting to drive, the machine aligns itself horizontally on the slope.

The angle of the slope compensation is shown under the Slope compensation symbol.

When driving onto the headlands, the slope compensation is automatically switched off. When driving out of the headlands, the slope compensation is automatically switched back on.

  1. When driving on slopes is finished:

    Switch off slope compensation with the button 2.

On the AmaDrive vehicle terminal, the Slope compensation symbol is shown in grey.
