Suction-extraction of spray agent from containers
As an alternative to flushing in through the induction bowl, spray agent can also be suction-extracted directly from a container via the CTS during the filling procedure.
- Take off the sealing cap 3.
- Couple the spray agent container on the CTS filling connection 2.
- Select on the pressure valve chest DA.
- Open the CTS stop tap 1 to the desired suction-extraction capacity.
The spray agent will be suctioned-extracted from the container during the filling procedure.
When the spray agent is suction-extracted:
Close the CTS stop tap.
Suction-extraction will be stopped.
After suction-extraction from the container, both the container and the contaminated components of the machine must be cleaned.
- Couple the spray agent container on the CTS flushing connection.
- Select on the TwinTerminal and confirm.
- Open the CTS stop tap.
- Select on the pressure valve chest DA.
The container and the components will be thoroughly flushed with water.
When the container and the components are cleaned:
Select on the pressure valve chest DA.
The cleaning procedure will be stopped.
- Close the CTS stop tap.
- Uncouple the spray agent container from both connections.
- Fit the sealing cap on the CTS filling connection.
