Checking the oil of the spray liquid pumps

Clean the spray liquid circuit of the machine with flushing water.
  1. Park the machine horizontally on a level surface.
  2. Switch off the spray liquid pumps.
  3. Check the oil for clarity.

  4. If the oil is cloudy or foamy:

    Replace the piston diaphragms of the spray liquid pumps, Replacing the piston diaphragms of the spray liquid pumps.
  1. Check the oil level on the sight glasses 1 and 2.

If the oil level is too low, oil must be refilled:

  1. Remove the cover.
  2. Refill a multi-purpose oil that corresponds to the technical data.
  3. Install the cover.
