Replacing the diaphragms of the AmaSwitch electric motors

REQUIREMENTS

  • The machine is cleaned.

  1. Start the spraying procedure.
  1. Remove the AmaSwitch electric motor 1 using the union nut. Do not disconnect the connection cable for the motor.
  1. Remove the washer 1.
  1. Replace the diaphragm 1. In doing so, pay attention to the correct position of the diaphragm.
  1. Install the washer 1.
  1. Install the AmaSwitch electric motor 1 using the union nut. In doing so, make sure that the motor does not also rotate.
  1. Stop the spraying procedure.
