Determining the calibration factor for fertilizer
PREREQUISITES
PTO shaft switched off
Mineral fertilizer spreader unit must be mounted
Hopper fill level must be at least 2.204,62 lb (1.000kg)
- Comply with the implement operating manual.
- In the Settings menu, select >Calibration.
- Enter the calibration factor from the mySpreader app or from the setting chart.
- Continue.
- Check the setting values and change if necessary.
- Continue.
- Check the other points.
- Bring the delivery system into parking position. Dismount hopper tips.
- Install the calibration chute.
- Place a collection bucket underneath.
- Open the double shutter.
- Start pre-metering for uniform fertilizer flow at calibration.
If fertilizer has been adequately pre-metered, the floor belt stops automatically.
- Alternatively stop the floor belt manually.
- Empty collection bucket and put it back underneath.
- Continue.
- Start the calibration.
The quantity spread and the calibration time will be shown.
When the collection bucket is full:
Terminate the calibration.- Weigh the collected quantity.
- Enter the weight of the collected quantity.
- Continue.
The new calibration factor will be displayed.
Save the calibration factor.

To optimise the calibration factor:
Save the calibration factor. Repeat calibration.or
Discard the calibration.
- Prepare the machine for operation.
- Pour the spread amount back into the hopper.
