Adjusting the wheel mark eradicator to the track width

  1. Unscrew the nuts of the clamp connection 2.
  2. Bring the wheel mark eradicator 1 into the desired position.
IMPORTANT
Risk of machine damage due to tilted clamping brackets
If the nuts are not tightened uniformly, the clamping brackets can break.

To ensure that the clamping brackets rest full-surface on the profile tube:

Tighten the nuts incrementally.

When a uniform thread protrusion on the clamping brackets is adjusted:

Tighten the nuts with the torque wrench.

  1. To check the adjustment:

    Drive 98,43 ft (30m) at working speed. Check the work pattern.
