Adjusting the speed of the tines

  1. Depending on the desired tine speed 2, determine the required gear ratio 1.
  1. Park the soil tillage implement on a stable surface.

  2. To prevent oil emerging from the interchangeable wheel gear:

    Slightly tilt the soil tillage implement forward. Support it with suitable aids.
  3. Remove the peripheral cover bolts 1.

Collect any escaping oil.
Ensure eco-friendly disposal of cleaning agents used to remove oil.
  1. Dismount the gearbox cover 2.
  1. Dismount both lock rings 2.
  2. Dismount gearwheel pair.
  3. Depending on the desired tine speed, mount the gear pair on the drive shaft 3 and the output shaft 1.
  4. Mount both lock rings.
  5. Check the sealing ring in the gearbox cover for firm seat.
  1. Mount gearbox cover 2 with the sealing ring.
  2. Mount and firmly tighten bolts on the perimeter of the cover 1.
  3. After 15 minutes of operation, check the gearbox for leaks.
