Adjusting the tine working depth manually

The soil tillage implement 2 rests on the carrying arms of the trailing roller 1. To adjust the working depth, the depth setting pin 3 is inserted in the desired hole.

  1. Lift the implement.

The pins 2 no longer rest on the support arms 1.

  1. Secure tractor and implement.
  2. Remove the linch pin3.

Deep tillage

Lower -

Shallow tillage

  1. Bring pins (peg bolts) into the desired position.
  2. Secure the peg bolt with the linch pin.
  3. Use the same setting for the opposite side of the implement.

  4. To check the adjustment:

    Drive for 98,43 ft (30m) at working speed and then check the work pattern.
