Checking the oil level in the spur gear trough

IMPORTANT
Damage due to contamination in the spur gear trough
Clean the implement before performing maintenance.
  1. Park the implement on a horizontal surface.
  2. Unscrew and remove the nut 2.
  3. Dismount the cover bolt 1.
  4. Dismount the cover with ventilation pipe 4.
NOTE

Mixing oil types will void the warranty

  • Do not mix oils.

  • Top up with new, clean gear oil.

  1. If the spur gears are not half-covered with gear oil in the spur gear trough:

    top-up oil as specified in the technical data.
  2. Check the seat of the seal 3.
  3. Mount the cover with ventilation pipe.
  4. Mount cover bolt.
  5. Mount and tighten the nut.
NOTE

It is not necessary to change the oil on the spur gear troughs.
