The wheel mark eradicator does not reach the desired working depth.

When the worn tine has been replaced, the working depth of the soil tillage implement must be corrected. The wheel mark eradicator holders are too high above the soil

  • To allow the wheel mark eradicators 1 to work deeper:

    Rotate the wheel mark eradicator holder 2 by 180 degrees.
  1. Detach both linch pins and locking pins 2.
  2. Remove the linch pins 3.
  3. Hold the wheel mark eradicator 1.
  4. Remove the locking pins.
  5. Dismount the wheel mark eradicator.
  1. Unscrew and dismount the nuts of the clamp connection 2.
  2. Dismount the wheel mark eradicator holder 1.
  1. Mount the wheel mark eradicator holder 2 rotated by 180 degrees.
  2. Mount the nuts of the clamp connection 3.
  3. After 5 hours of operation, check the bolted connection for firm seat.
  1. Fasten the wheel mark eradicator 1 in the holder with the locking pins 4.
  2. Secure the locking pins with the linch pins.
  3. Bring the wheel mark eradicator into the desired position.
  4. Peg the wheel mark eradicator in position with the locking pin 2.
  5. Secure the locking pin with the linch pin 3.
