Wheel mark eradicator tool carriers work constantly in the soil.

Due to wear of the rotating tines, the working depth of the soil tillage implement must be corrected. The wheel mark eradicators have insufficient space above the soil.

IMPORTANT
The tool carriers become worn when constantly working in the soil.
Mount the wheel mark eradicator at a higher position.

  • To ensure that the tool carriers 1 do not work constantly in the soil:

    Rotate the wheel mark eradicator holder 2 by 180 degrees.
  1. Detach linch pins and locking pins 4.
  2. Remove the linch pins 3.
  3. Hold the wheel mark eradicator 1.
  4. Remove the locking pins 2.
  5. Dismount the wheel mark eradicator.
  1. Unscrew and dismount the nuts of the clamp connection 2.
  2. Dismount the wheel mark eradicator holder 1.
  1. Mount the wheel mark eradicator holder 1 rotated by 180 degrees.
  2. Mount the nuts of the clamp connection 2.
  3. After 5 hours of operation, check the bolted connection for firm seat.
  1. Fasten the wheel mark eradicator 1 in the holder with the locking pins 2.
  2. Secure the locking pins with the linch pins.

  3. To ensure that the tool carriers do not work constantly in the soil:

    Bring the wheel mark eradicator into a higher position.
  4. Peg the wheel mark eradicator in the desired position with the securing pin 3.
  5. Secure the locking pin with the linch pin.
