Adjusting the speed of the tines

  1. Depending on the desired tine speed 2, determine the required gear ratio 1.
  1. Park the soil tillage implement on a firm surface.

  2. To prevent oil from emerging out of the interchangeable wheel gear,

    slightly tilt the soil tillage implement to the front. Support with suitable aids.
  3. Remove the peripheral cover screws 1.
ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION
Danger due to escaping oil
Collect any escaping oil.
Dispose of cleaning agents for removing oil in an environmentally friendly manner.
  1. Remove the gearbox cover 2.
  1. Remove both locking rings 2.
  2. Remove the gear pair.
  3. Depending on the desired tine speed, install the gear pair on the drive shaft 3 and the output shaft 1.
  4. Install the two locking rings.
  5. Check the seating of the sealing ring on the gearbox cover.
  1. Install the gearbox cover 2 with the sealing ring.
  2. Install and tighten the peripheral cover screws 1.
  3. After 15 minutes of operation, check the gearbox for leaks.
